One of the main problems I have had with both Discord and Teamspeak is that screensharing is really bad when sharing from Linux: low fps, lagging behind or simply no audio (cough teamspeak…).
We have put a lot of work into screen sharing, especially getting it to work well on Linux. It wasn’t easy but take a look at this video from yesterday: Proton Drive
What you see is a Linux (wayland, hyprland) machine streaming World of Warcraft in 60fps. Butter smooth.
